Fusing together her professional background working in the field of human rights, and as a trained hairdresser, Ruth’s love for people and teasing out their human potential, heavily influences the why behind Fidrich & Co.

Ruth has years of experience across the music and events space. This has led to a passion around why we gather.

She believes the environment, the content and how we shape our meetings can influence how we gather with purpose, for better or for worse. Therefore as a team, how we gather is central to the way we work with one another and the experience we create for our clientele.

Ruth believes in the power for drawing upon our teams strengths and neurodiversity. She loves to find meaningful creative solutions and tailored opportunities in all that we do and who we engage with.

Leadership Coach & Consultant

Mark has been a leadership geek since 2006 working with creatives, business and performers.

He spends his time coaching, consulting, leading teams and hosts the Mark Cameron Show, podcast.

Mark has led teams across music, events and in the third sector. With experience ranging from business psychology, emotional literacy and pastoral care.

He regularly speaks with people one to one and on platforms facilitating hundreds in events.

With a background in leadership development and is currently working on an MSc in Business Psychology with Coaching, Mark works closely with people helping them to implement more of their potential into their daily experience.
